At our Yoga Farm & Wellness Center, we believe in the ritual of three:

  1. Plant the Seeds of Gratitude into your Awareness: Practice daily affirmations and act upon positive self-care. 

  2. Love Your Body through Movement: Breathe deeply, stretch yourself and enjoy the benefits of finding creative outlets for your energy. 

  3. Eat Well to Live Well: Fuel your entire body and peaceful mind with whole foods and wholesome activities that make you happy.

Three Blessings Yoga Farm nurtures your Citta, Kaaya, and Bhaava (mind, body, spirit) through Yoga, Wellness, Thai Yoga Massage, and naturally...since it's a farm — demonstrations on planting, growing and harvesting our own fresh vegetables and fruits.
